Terms

Translation of the German version. In case of discrepancies, the German text prevails.

These terms apply to all purchases made through ancora.football. The seller is Marco Ancora, Spreitenbach, acting as a private individual.

1. Offer

Every item is unique. Description, photos, condition and provenance tier are part of the offer. The provenance tier is never stated higher than the evidence supports; where there is no evidence, this is said explicitly.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs. As a private individual I do not charge VAT. Payment by bank transfer. Other payment methods can be arranged. For items marked “price on request”, the price I confirm in writing applies.

3. Reservation

An item can be reserved by arrangement. I confirm duration and conditions in writing by email.

4. Shipping and collection

Shipping within Switzerland and internationally. Shipping is charged at cost; every parcel is insured and tracked. Any customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer. Collection in Spreitenbach is possible by arrangement. Items are shipped once payment has been received.

5. No right of return

This is a private sale of collector’s items. There is no right of return or exchange. Please clarify any questions about size, condition and provenance before buying; I am happy to answer them and can send extra photos on request.

6. Warranty

Items are sold in the condition in which they are described and photographed. Any further warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to expressly assured characteristics or defects that were deliberately concealed.

7. Ownership

The item remains the property of the seller until paid in full.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Baden AG, to the extent permitted by law.
